The Reach

Since 2008, The Reach has been a hub for excellence in arts and culture. With diverse art exhibitions each month, they have become a pillar in the Abbotsford art community. The Reach's website was in need of a facelift that reflected who they were and what they stood for. FirstPage and The Reach worked closely together to uncover the identity of the art gallery, its goals, and how a new website could accomplish this. The result was a beautiful and practical website.

Service Provided Content Management System

With exhibitions in the gallery rotating often, it was important that the client had full control over the website to make updates on the fly. The website also needed to host a database of past exhibitions that could be sorted and searched through easily.

Benefit: FirstPage developed the new website using WordPress for ease of use. The client now has full control over all pages and exhibitions. They can easily make changes to any page and add new exhibitions. The system also works dynamically so many of the pages will be updated automatically with new exhibitions, saving the client time.

Service Provided Mobile-Friendly Website

To ensure that website visitors have the best interactions with the website, it had to be mobile responsive.

Benefit: Through mobile responsive code implementation, the website will correctly display no matter what device is being used to view it. This ensures that for mobile users, navigation is easy and touch points are large enough to be clicked.
